At MAHÉ LUXE ORGANIC, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Personalized or customized items cannot be returned unless defective.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact our support team at info@maheluxeorganic.com with:

    • Your order number

    • Reason for the return

  • Our team will provide a return authorization and instructions.

3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

4. Exchanges

  • We currently offer exchanges only for defective or damaged items.

  • To request an exchange, contact our support team with your order details and issue description.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Provide a photo of the item and packaging.

  • We will send a replacement at no additional cost.

6. Shipping Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
